This is the most commonly asked question. We are one of the largest wholesale printers in the industry. Higher volume allows us to get materials and supplies directly from the manufacturers at low price. Optimum utilization of printing in and outside USA helps us keep our overhead cost low. We believe in passing these savings to our customer.

- If you request any changes or addition in the current order, then there is a chance of order getting delayed.
Canvas are generally printed in 24 to 48 hours. And depending on Shipping it will displayed based on 12-14 business days after the products in Cart or Checkout page.
- To keep our costs low and to expedite orders, we utilize more than one print shop in and outside of the US. We distribute your print orders to our different locations depending on the workload, so your canvas and signs could be printed in a location that cannot offer next-day or two-day shipping to the US. We do offer expedited shipping options (4 days or less from proof approval to delivery). Please contact us if you need it sooner.
How can I Request a Reprint OR Refund?
JustCanvasIt believes in customer satisfaction. If you find any defect in our print, we will make it perfect for you. This includes any manufacturer's defects such as loose or wavy canvas, bubbles, scratches or fading. If this occurs we will either replace your canvas print or fix it at our cost.
If you require a reprint or refund, the process can be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect along with a clear description of the problem (Try to be as descriptive as you can while sending defective image). Please contact us on email@example.com we will be happy to assist you.
Returns Procedure: Customer needs to send us the email of the pictures of the damaged product at firstname.lastname@example.org ; the pictures will be reviewed within 24 hours and if found to be manufacturing defect Return Authorization number will be issued to customer after which he can return the products.
Returns Window: Customer can return within 90 days from receipt of order.
Refund Method: The refund shall be issued on their card or PayPal from which order was paid for and is generally done within 7 business days.
Responsibility for Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are paid by JustCanvasIt
Acceptable Formats : JPG (High Resolution JPEG), TIFF (High Resolution TIFF), .BMP, .PNG
Vector Files : Line art is scalable to any size, it never loses resolution and the image stays clean and crisp. Because of this, it can be submitted at any size that is in proportion to your canvas size.
Raster Files/Images : Depending on the resolution and Pixel base, images like .JPG, .TIFF, .BMP, .PNG becomes blurry when enlarged. If submitting these files please follow the guidelines below:
• 100% scale (full size output) at 100 dpi
• 50% scale at 200 dpi or higher
• 25% scale at 300 dpi or higher
• 10% scale at 600-1200 dpi recommended
Thumbnail sized jpg and gif files are not at a high enough resolution to use on large prints like canvas.
• Set the size in proportion to the exact size canvas you are ordering.
- Our designers will work diligently with you until you are satisfied with the proof. In the event we cannot create a satisfactory design for you, you will get a full refund in 24 hours with no cost to you.
As noted on the website, delivery time is guaranteed for print ready files. If you need a proof, that will add at least one day. We ship all our orders UPS. We are not responsible for delay caused by the UPS as it's out of our control. If we fail to ship in time for guaranteed delivery date, we will refund shipping cost on the order. Please mention in the special instructions if you have to have the canvas at certain date.
- We use specially manufactured cotton blend canvas for archival printing.
- The printing technology used for the canvas banner printing is eco-solvent and latex printing.
1. Click the “CREATE YOUR OWN CANVAS” button and follow the instructions
2. Once you have added your canvas print to the shopping cart you can add the voucher code under “DISCOUNT CODES” on the left of the screen
3. Enter your code in the box.
4. Click “APPLY”.
5. Your voucher code has now been applied
• Head to My Groupons on the mobile app or website.
• Select View Details next to your purchase. On the app, select the order itself.
• Select View Voucher.
• From this page, you can review the expiration date.
• Alternatively, contact our support and they will be able to assist you.
• Open the email received from Groupon.
• Find the redemption code next to the coupon code
• For further information log in to the Groupon website and navigate to "My Groupons" within your Groupon account - https://www.groupon.com/mygroupons. By "Deals" please set the drop-down to choose "All" Locate your purchase, and click "View Order Details"
• Click “View Voucher” to view that specific deal. A window will popup “Ready to use this Groupon?”
• Click either “Print Voucher” or “ Save for Later”
Here you will see your voucher and the voucher code as well as all information pertaining to your purchase.
